Disappointed as what i ordered was not what I received.

I am lactose intolerant and suffer from horrible symptoms after consumption, including but not limited to vomiting, swelling and extreme stomach pain.

Upon ordering a Skinny Chino Frappe' to go' while i was visiting EL, and expressly requested 3 times, that they make it 'without' milk.

Which is possible, as the JHB branches are able to facilitate this request quite simply.

It was very disappointing to realise there after, that this request was either ignored or the chef's were ******** of the application.

As i had to endure the unpleasant and painful symptoms that come with a dairy allergy.

Please ensure to have your staff up-trained for future non-discrepancies.

As, intolerancies and allergies should always be taken in serious account when dealing with patrons foods.

Please note, that i am a generally a content and frequent customer of the franchise. So this post is not a personal attack of an nature or form.
