Disappointed

I'm actually quite disappointed with the service I received at Mugg and Bean. Firstly they took forever to serve my daughter and I and when they finally took our order, the guy brought my food on a dirty plate. I asked him to take it and he brought the same food on a semi wiped plate. I was so disgusted, I just took a take away bag and chucked it in the bin. I've been a customer for but I haven't gone back since that experience and thinking about it makes me feel ill. Please do better.
