Disappointed!!

Had a bad experience this morning. Got to mugg and bean The Glen and ordered a hot drink to which they rep**** that they out of stock. Ordered another to which they said was also out of stock. Ordered my meal and part of it was out of stoc****! Ordered something else, my hubbys food arrived, he finished his meal and I still waited for mine. I got up to find the waiter and asked where my meal was to which he rep**** that he’s helping another customer first!! Another waiter stepped in and said he would go and check for me in the kitchen . He immediately returned with my meal which was cold, which obviously meaned that it was lying in the kitchen for some time. I complained to the so-called manager and all he did was apologise, not even offer to warm to up or bring me another meal. How disgusting and a disappointing!!
