Dirty, poor service

We went to the Mugg & Bean at The Glen Shopping Centre yesterday for Breakfast (5 People) What a waste of time ! waiters don't attend to you, you have to call them and ask them to take your order ! No Kiddies menu, had to pay FULL Price for kiddies meal (Adult Price) the Table that we sat at was NO. 20 when we lifted the container where the salt & pepper was in there were White sticky substance under the container smelling horrible ! I could not even eat my food I felt so sick. Called the Waiter showed him all he said was OHH did not offer to clean it even ! wasted R500! You will NEVER SEE ME AGAIN
