Customer non-service at Mug and Bean

One star for "Customer service!" I used to be a fan, definitely my go-to for breakfast, coffee and cake or light meals, BUT. For the second time I was offered a slice of cake for my birthday, and for the second time, when I got to the till, the offer "did not show" even though I still had the email with the "gift" offer. So for the second time I was embarrassed. My emails regarding this were answered in some strange and haphazard manner, and my last two or three messages have gone completely ignored. Shame on you! For what it's worth (as if you care) you have lost a client as well as a fan and a person who would regularly insist to meet friends at Mug and Bean, rather than anywhere else. What a pity, but this is not the way I want to be treated.
