Complaint Mugg and Bean

Good day

Yesterday morning my husband and i attempted to eat breakfast at your Richards Bay Mugg and Bean in the Boardwalk shopping center.

On entering the store we stopped and proceeded to fill out the register which lay discarded on the counter top. There hadnt been a signle transaction in that register since the morning before, i took a photo as proof. Two waitresses approached us and when we asked them for a pen we were told its fine to leave it. We said no, its a mandatory requirement during lockdown level 1 to record all visitors information together with their temperature and they laughed in our faces. It was a huge joke to them. Keeping their customers safe. Did you know that the number of people in any venue must not exceed 50% of its normal capacity. This was not the case looking around yesterday and it would be hard to argue this if you don't have an updated register in place. As per the government regulations masks must be worn at all times and social distancing must be maintained. You have to have a contact register in place where all details are recorded along with the customers temperature taken. We walked out unhappy and frustrated. the restaurant industry was the first to complain about the hard lockdown but the second you got a chance you dropped your guards and put all your clients at risk. No more Mugg and Bean for me, thank you
