Complaint M&B Hillcrest

We are at M&B Hillcrest. This is the worst Restaurant that we have ever gone to to have a meal. We ordered our meal at 11am. We have still not received our meal by 11:14. The Waitress had advised us on 3 occasions that our meal was on its way. After enquiring with the Manager, we were told that the Kitchen is very busy and that the Chef is about to prepare our meal. This is a horrible restaurant and ******t one at that. Whites are given first preference. Others that came in after us were served before us. All the Manager and Waitress could do was offer us a feeble excuse. We offered to pay for our Coffee and walked out We had travelled almost 20kms to Hillcrest to have an enjoyable meal. That was not to be. We will never ever eat at a M& B restaurant again. Will do also advise our family and friends to do so also. This is the 2nd bad experience we had at a M,& B Restaurant. The other was at Cape Town in December 2019. M&B Hillcrest is a ****** Restaurant and the worst outlet of M&B ever. M&B Hillcrest is reserved for Whites only. Never ever eat there.
