Complaint-Bad service

I visited Mugg & Bean King Shaka on 29th October 2019 at 12h42,ordered a Mojito,it came back looking like plain lemo water..I asked where the mint leaves where and the waiter went back,...after about 10mins he came with two pieces of m8 t leaves on a saucer.I asked if I were to make my own ****tail now seeing that I was not even offered a s**** or something to dip the mint into the "lemon water" with.I asked for a Manager -a lady with the name "Ayanda" came to the table and the waiter also came at the same time with now Mojito with crushed ice and green and brown mint leave.The manager was embarrassed as well and admitted that the ****tail didnt look as it should.To my surprise instead of fixing the problem she asked if I would love something else.. I had to order a cider...and after finishing my drink-i waited another 15mins with no one coming to the table.I then had to ask another lady waiter for a refill and she said ok but never came back.I approached another male waiter who was very apologetic and offered to take over my table,and that's when some waiter eventually brought my order,and told me its change over time so he will be serving me..The service here is appalling.I was very disappointed seeing that the shop is 70%empty and it takes about 15mins to receive e a drinks order.I will never recommend anyone to this Mugg & Bean ever!!
