Complaint

Myself and a friend have just eaten at your canal walk branch cape town and I have never received such bad service in my life.

We had to ask for menus twice even though we were seated by the hostess, when our food came the order was wrong and the food was cold. I ordered toasted chicken and mozzarella on white and my friends toasted cheese and tomato on brown. She got white toast. I then asked for balsamic vinegar from Maryline and she rolled her eyes and walked away, I then asked another waiter. By the time that came my food was cold so I went to find the manager on duty, Tyson. I told him what happened and he replaced my food but didn’t seem apologetic at all. Some of the staff were dressed in African attire which looked great but others has tutu’s and wigs and one waiters pants was so low that I could see his underpants. I am disgusted and will be taking this further.
