Complaint.

Complaint: I had a very disappointing experience at Mugg & Bean, King Shaka Airport on the 09/09/25 The macon I was served was burnt, and the overall service was poor. The staff were inattentive and it took far too long to be assisted. This is not the standard I expect from Mugg & Bean, especially at such a busy location. I hope management addresses these issues, as the experience left me very dissatisfied
