Cold, smelly food

My family visited the Mugg and Bean at the V&A Waterfront on Sunday, 4 September. My husband and I both ordered the 'Burnt ends brioche' and were both extremely disappointed. My husband's food arrived cold, with soggy fries. My food initially arrived with the incorrect fires - when my sweet potato fries arrived they tasted really horrible, soggy and oily. Both of us were also very unhappy with the meat on the brioche. Instead of crispy, fresh burnt ends, it seemed as though it was just meat stewed in a sauce that was used to cover up the smell of the meat. I was afraid we would get food poisoning, but being with my family we didn't want to cause a scene. Really disappointing, and not what we're used to from Mugg and Bean.
