Cold Food Served with Bad Attitude

What I was served was ice-cold chips and stale bread for my toasted sandwich. And the attitude - as if they are doing you a favour that you actually dare to eat there. It is heart-breaking to see the restaurant industry on its knees with so many eateries having already closed or about to close if the Government does not ease restrictions. You would think those that can open such as Mugg & Bean - Lonehill would be ever grateful to have clients slowly trickling in. They quick to blame Corona, lockdown, and every other possible excuse other than one important factor, to get patrons on seats. The place had 2 tables with patrons, one table was me. I spoke to the manager on duty, he did not care, no apology, no attempt to rectify the situation. Blame your demise on every possible external macro-economic policy, but I can assure I too will now apply social distancing with Mugg & Bean - I will NOT be returning.
