Cold food and old food at Mugg and Bean.

I am so disappointed with Mugg and Bean, firstly from not calling me back when I gave a review on their app and secondly for not responding to my review on Hellopeter. Do they think they are above everyone else to ignore cold coffee which should have been hot, cold toasted sandwich and old chips or they were cooked in very old oil and were oily, One could not eat them. The hot water was served in a chipped jug. It is on the waitress to ensure that the coffee and food it hot and something like chips are fresh. They had just been refurbished, but what does that mean, carry on with terrible customer service. There are other coffee shops around - remember that, The world will not stop spinning if Mugg and Bean lose customers.
