Cold, badly made, small burger, bad coffee

I eat at Mugg and Bean, Ilanga quite often. It's usually pretty great, but yesterday I had lunch with a bunch of people and it just wasn't up to standard. The burger I got was incredibly mediocre for the price. Usually the BBQ Burger is great, it's filling, it's large, it's well worth the money. But I don't know what happened yesterday. It was just not up to scratch at all. I could barely see the patty under the bun it was so small. It was cold and way too red in the middle by the time it arrived and the bread was dry too. It looked like something I'd get at McDonalds, not Mugg and Bean. The day before that I ordered the OTG and when it arrived, the bread had not been toasted. I got two eggs on a slice of bread. The waitress said nothing about the toaster not working. It wasn't just us either, the man near us got bread instead of toast too. This is unacceptable. I'm used to Mugg and Bean being pretty fantastic, but Ilanga seems to be slipping badly. Step it up, guys.<br> <br> I won't be going back until Ilanga gets their staff and food back up to the normal Mugg and Bean standard.
