Coffee subscription

I am so disappointed by mugg and bean, I purchased their coffee subscription and every time I go to their store to pick my coffee I am charged for it and the subscription is not moving. Why sell something which your employees don’t know how to operate ? I am so angry cause now my subscription is expiring as I can’t spend money while I have already paid for the subscription. Why sell something you know very well doesn’t exist? This is wrong and I am disappointed in your brand.
