Cheated customer

Hello

I'd like to voice my concern regarding the change in size on a carrot cake while the prize is going up,I feel cheated and not getting value for money (the cost has moved from R45 to R69 to date and the size is shrinking). I have raised this with waiters and branch managers they did say that only head office can engage me on this matter (Branches i've been to viz La Lucia,Musgrave, Pavillion, OR Tambo Airport M&G etc). I understand that profitability is paramount to all business post covid but this is daylight ******* and *********.

Thanks I will await your urgent response. I have raised this matter with Famous Brand they are not replying my follow up mail hence I'm using this platform.
