Canal Walk Mugg and Bean is the WORSE!!!!

Yesterday (8 December) my daughter and I went to the M&B at Canal Walk. What atrocious service!!! First of all -- we had to wait 10 min before someone came to take our order -- Another couple came in AFTER us and were seen to -- perhaps they didn't like the colour of our skin..... The food FINALLY arrived ICE COLD. A toasted sandwich and sweet potato fries -- Ever eaten cold fries???? Yuk. My daughter ordered an omelette -- and the yolks were still whole!!! The Waiter never ONCE came around. I didn't give him a tip --because he didn't deserve it. I told him the food was cold -- he didn't even acknowledge me!! Never been treated SO badly at a restaurant I will NEVER go back there
