Canal walk disaster meal

When we had walked in we would expect the same service as we would in other mugg and bean chains, but in the case we experienced poor service with with only 2 waiters only working the whole back area we waited for exactly 15 mins for ****** bee and had to wait and additional 10 minutes for the waiter to bring the glass the food was not like how it is prepared at the other establishments but when asked the manger said it is...which is a lie because the food was no where to its standard which i feel like u was not good...when I had asked where is this and that on my meal they said they had run out of stock so i shouldn't be paying for a meal where i didnt even get what i ordered...on that i would like to leave this review here in hopes that Canal walks Mugg and bean would be looked into and to be upgraded in service staff and management...thank you
