Can I please have cheese on my ToastedCheeseSarmie

On 21.03.2015 we visited the Mugg and Bean on the go at the Bonjour filling station / one stop just outside Johannesburg (Heidelberg). We ordered 3 toasted cheese sandwiches.<br> <br> The bread was so dry that my children couldn't swallow it. I opened the toasties only to find that there was a mere hint of cheese on it. After I cut away the dry pieces, we were each left with only half an edible sandwich.<br> <br> I feel cheated! I paid the full price. I did not have the energy to confront the rude cashier, that made it very clear how much our presence were inconveniencing her. I am not fami**** with a Mugg and Bean on the go and did not know that you get the stuff in take away format and have to struggle to eat it at the tables without cutlery and plates.<br> <br> We will never eat there again and will find another one stop on our way back from Durban. I should be refunded because this was in total an utterly unpleasant experience from the ordering to the choking on the dry bread.<br> <br> This branch is doing the Mugg and Bean franchise no good - they do not fit in with the profile of the proper M&B restaurants.
