Cake was a disappointment

I'm so disappointed in Mugg n Bean's cake,-Richardsbaai, so this morning went to pick up a cake(Rich chocolate cake) we ordered it on Friday, to our suprise the three layered sponge cake was Too dry, the creamy part was thin we couldn't even finish the slice, n there's nothing rich abou' that cake, I wonder if it was made few days before they coated it with chocolate, y'all need to get specialized people in this field, this is nt acceptable, nw we have to drive bck to return this tasteless cake, this is the 2nd complain we have, in 2021 we had the same issue, so we thought your service we'll have improved, bt no it's still the same, y'll need to do better, I need your response ASAP.
