Breakfast - No hash brown, just hash frown

Mugg & Bean has always been our family's breakfast hotspot. Upon arriving at the Gateway Mugg & Bean we requested to be seated on the top level and expected the same service as if we were sitting downstairs. We were seated and then forgotten until Sthe(the only saving grace) decided to take on the table which wasnt even her assigned one. We ordered the M&B classic breakfast and when it arrived the bacon was not honey glazed as specified, eggs were watery and the toast took a while to get to the table. Irrespective of the time of day or where anyone is seated its expected that service be consistent. Props to Sthe though who picked up the ball when it was dropped
