Bergview N3 shocking service

Nathi the manager of Mugg and Bean at Bergview on the N3 has poor people skills. We weren't satisfied by the portions that they served us in comparison to what we'd had at the other Mugg and Beans. After querying this, got annoyed and refused to hear us out.
