Baywest Mugg and Bean

Mugg and Bean has always been our favourite fast food restaurant. I am honestly disappointed in the service that we have received from Mugg and Bean Baywest specifically on numerous occasions! Their managers and staff are VERY unfriendly and NOT helpful at all. The managers completely ignored our request for a bigger table. And we were served food without even consulting how we wanted it done. 3 different waiters served our table getting the order wrong several times!
