Bad Service Uber/Mugg and Bean

I ordered a toasted Chicken Mayo on 244th 0900, we waited and waited and nothing was delivered by Uber, on checking my Uber app, it said delivered, we called the Mugg and Bean 1 On Mutual PNP OTM Pretoria and they said "sorry it was delivered" the driver was Gift, it never arrived, I understand this is only a toasted sandwich but the BAD shocking service leaves a very bad taste
