Bad service twice!

<p>First, the owner and his wife got nasty when I complained that other coffee orders were given long after I placed my order. Just now, the rude lady at the Mug and Bean counter at Constantia Total forgot to pack my order and then proceeded to tell me this is my problem?</p> <p> </p> <p>Lost a customer for good!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
