Bad service trumps good food

<p>I am a regular customer to Mug and Bean Brooklyn mall. Today again as so often in the past year I sat for almost 2 hours being ignored by waiters chit chatting away....wanting to pay for my coffee I got up and asked for a manager. After doing my complaining they sincerely apologised.... not sure if that solved the.problem because where is management when waiters are having there leasure hour?</p>
