Bad service, they should be ashamed

We received the worst service at the Mug & Bean at the CT Int Airport today, 26 Dec 2019. We placed our order and sat waiting over 30min for our meals. After several complaints, they kept on assuring that the meals will be coming out soon. But we could no longer wait and needed to leave due to our flight The manager, Melinda, was extremely rude upset as she slammed the plated meals on the table and commenting something to my mom who stood in shock at the manager's behaviour. The manager went to go hide herself in the kitchen when we wanted an apology from her for her bad behavior. But instead was given a name and number to call to lay a complaint. We will never ever go to this Mug and Bean ever again.
