Bad service Rustenburg Mugg & Bean

We went for breakfast at Mugg & Bean @ Rustenburg Mall. No waiter to take youre order eventually got up and asked. Joyce assisted but not friendly as if this is not her job she only takes you to youre table. Did not introduce herself at all. More people arrived and asked us where is the waiter. Got up again.. 3 waiers where standing close to us chatting and folding serviettes.. Totally unacceptable asked for the manager but was not answerd. Only 10 tables had customers.... UNACCEPTABLE. Will not recommend them at all. Attitude is bad!
