Bad Service - Mugg & Bean - Key West, Krugersdorp,
We had breakfast at Mugg and Bean - Key West branch in Krugersdorp . The waitress spilled the sauce on my lap when she placed the food on the table & the plate was not big enough for the meal I ordered, some the food was hanging over on the table, very unhygienic & very disappointed in the service.

A Mugg & Bean Customer Care agent has been notified of this matter and they have escalated it to both the restaurant manager and the area manager for the restaurant in question.
