Bad service M & B Garden route Mall.

This morning 3 of us went to the George Mall M & B for b/fast and orderred the the' B/ fast on the go' and asked for an extra slice of toast each as well. Our food arrived, but our extra toast did not so when we eventually located our waiter we reminded him of our order but still no toast. We then asked a different lady waitress and when nothing arrived, we asked the Manageress to assist us. Her reply was that the kirchen was busy and that they had 100s of toast to make. Well thats a s....t answer! I decided to leave my, by now cold egg and orange juice, and walked out of the restaurant. By the way, the restaurant was half full so i cannot see merrit in the statement that the kitchen was busy!? My suggestion is that you get your act together as you are going to be a lot busier in a months time when all the up country visitors arrive and they will not be as forgiving as i am.
