Bad service from MUGG AND BEAN BROOKLYN MALL

If i could i would have given less than one star

Mugg and bean brooklyn mall.

Absolutely ****ty service. Food takes an hour to get to you, when it eventually does its cold. Then just to find out some of the food is so undercooked its raw. The sausage is raw like they just grilled it to change outside colour. Its god damn raw mugg and bean! If i could i attach a photo i would but there is bo option to do so,
