Bad service , even worse support

Had an issue where the waiting staff at the Mugg and Bean at Bayside mall in Blouberg didnt serve us and they mostly spoke with the barista. I sent a complaint 2 months ago to the head office and lucky me got copy and paste response today and my issue is now solved.. Thank you Mugg and Bean for making sure I will never ever go there again
