Bad Service

If you want BAD SERVICE in Pretoria go to the Mugg and Bean in Brooklyn Mall. I popped in for a bite to eat around 14:00. I sat at a table in plain view of all wait staff for about 17 minutes without one of them offering me a menu or even asking me if I wanted anything. The one waiter brought the bill for a lady sitting at the table right next to me,another cleared a table 2 tables down when the patrons had left. I eventually got up and complained to the Senior Manager on duty. I may as well as have been talking to the wall. Not interested in the least. The restaurant at most had about 10 people so was not busy.
