BAD SERVICE - COLD FOOD AND BEVERAGES (SECOND TIME

I took my husband out to celebrate his birthday, and he decided on Mug & Been. I was frowning by the thought ( 'cause the last time we were there it was a dissapointment) but it was his birhday and he wanted to give them the benifit of the doubt. When we arrived they were not busy at all. The waiters and the manager were standing around and talked. There were just 3 tables that was used. We orderd cappacino and it arrived cold at our table. Hubby said lets just drink it.. We ordered food and waited so long and when it came it was cold and we told the waiter nicely the food is cold and he took it away and what i presume re-heated it. When it came back cause of the re-heating the food were oily and halfway through i just stoped eating.. We also noticed that there were people seated opposite of us that received they food and beverages before us even if they came in 10min later than us and just to proof the point they were 4 people. When we left they were still standng around talking and business was quiet but my food a disaster.
