Bad service Coffee ice cold
I visited Mug and Bean on 10Nov 2017 at 17h30 with my wife. Both cups of coffee brought to the table were cold. Waiter asked if he can heat it up we rep**** no. He brings steaming hot coffee to the table and told us it is newly brewed coffee. Cups so hot you cant touch them. Walks away and laughs with staff members behind the counter. I called the manager Toni and advised him what happened who was very apologetic. I just could not believe that we were brought microwaved coffee after we specifically said no.
