Bad Service by waiters does not even deserve 1 star rating

Bad service received at Mugg and Bean at the Glen, Waiters, Just because one looks cheap or not convincing to give enough tip does not mean you should treat them any less. You have no idea. I was really disappointed, had to stand up and leave. It took the waiter 20min to come take our order, when he finally came, He left us before we finish ordering to attend other tables and came back with our half ordered drinks. He never asked if we need drinks before or after meal. Treat all customers same and give fair attention. I don't think i will look at mugg and Bean same after such experience. Birthday ruined by the way!!
