Bad Service

I frequently go to Mugg&Bean in Jean Crossing, Centurion and always get a pleasant service, however the service I got today (04/03/20) was not a good one abd kinda put me off.

I'm walked in and no waiter was around to welcome me and lead me to my table, so I stood there next to the counter hoping someobody would help while other waiters behind just looked at me and said nothing....I ended up walking in and picking a table for myself, sat and waited to be served until about 5 minutes later when a waiter came and asked if I had been helped...anyway at this point I had lost my appetite.

Just thought I should let this out, because I feel "played" as a loyal customer to you!!!!!
