Bad service at Mugg & Bean

I am absolutely disgusted with the food and service at Mugg & Bean!

I ordered 3 x sandwiches, via Mr D, from the Mugg & Bean at The Crescent in Umhlanga. One was a chicken mayo which was fine. The other was a cheese and tomato. I specifically asked for NO TOMATO but it came with tomato. Then the cheese was processed which I find disgusting. The third sandwich was a cheese and ham one – which was fine except for the cheese which was processed too. I have bought food from Mugg & Bean for years and I have never had sub-standard food or bad service. So, I complained on the app, but received no reply. I called the franchise and spoke with someone name ROB. He asked what had happened and I gave him all the details. The proceeded to blame it on Mr D. I told him it wasn’t delivery problem, it was a preparation problem. He got extremely defensive and wanted to now INVESTIGATE. I told him I had a picture which I was happy to send. He was extremely rude, spoke over me and SHOULD NEVER BE SOMEONE WHO IS CUSTOMER FACING. I work for one of the biggest organisation’s in the country, so I understand what customer service is supposed to be! This is very disappointing. HE was screaming at me on the other side. I also said to him that “is this way you speak to a customer?” DISGUSTED.
