Bad service at Mug and Bean Atterbury

Myself, my mother and daughter went to Mug and Bean Atterbury, our drinks we ordered was wrong but they corrected it. Then our food was a disaster, the food they brought was not what we ordered and then the waiter said it was our fault. We ate the food and then they gave us one meal for free, the manager didnt even had the decency to come to us. Worst experience ever.
