Bad service at M&B

Shelly mall in the South Coast is the worst service ever, We wait for ever for our coffee then if we got served finally it it's cold and half of it has been spilled in our saucer you can not even hold the cup with out getting your hand wet and dirty. And then to wait for the bill takes up to almost another 45min just to pay. And the sad thing about all of it is that the Restaurant is not even busy so why then the bad service?
