Bad service and Rude/ arrogant manager/owner

My family and I live in the area and frequent the Victory park shopping center daily. We went to Mugg and Bean and received a bad attitude and poor service from our waiter. He also got our order wrong. I explained everything to the woman who manages/ owns the store and received an even worse attitude from her. She basically informed me that he is the best waiter she has and imp**** that I am the problem. She then asked me what I 'actually' wanted. I asked for another waiter. She did nothing to rectify my wrong order. This woman and the waiters were then having a big scene (infront of customers) with another customer. I had to go to the front to ask for my bill as I never received any service after that. I told the manager that this was ridiculous and i wanted to pay and leave. She just glared at me and walked away. I have never been treated so rudely! It was a very unpleasant experience. I will never return to that one, and neither will anyone in my family. I still love Mugg and Bean and will go give my business to the others.
