Bad Service and a Stinking Attitude

<p>My family and I went to Mugg n Bean on Sunday, 05/03/2017 at the Mall of the South. We had placed our drinks and food order together. The food arrived before (we did not even have cutlery). My husband had to get that himself and our drinks never arrived. When we called the manager to assist, he just ignored us. Eventually our drinks came 45 mins into our meal. We never got the biscuits with our drinks and the water had no lemon in it as requested. </p> <p> </p> <p>The service was terrible and how can you have a manager with an attitude like that, he will definitely run the business down to the ground. The service I received was in contrast to the service I receive at the Mugg n Bean in Meyersdal. The managers and waiters are superb. </p>
