Bad Service

I received the worst service ever from Mugg & Bean OR Tambo from a waiter called Tinashe. He came and took our order for coffee and disappeared for about 20 minutes. In the meantime we were not comfortable with the table he sat us so we asked one of the other waitresses to help us move to the table next to ours as it was vacant. Apon his return he rudely ask us why we moved without letting him know. We explained to him that he did not come to check on us 20 minutes after he delivered our coffee. He still kept on arguing until we decided to cancel our breakfast and leave.
