Bad service

Outlet is short staffed. Tables are not being cleared until new customers sit down.

I ordered a flap jack stack which comes with cream or Ice cream. I chose cream. Only to be told they are out of cream. Sadly there is a Spar adjoining the outlet.

I eventually got the cream and asked foe syrup. I got the dregs un the bottle and was told that was all they had. Again with a Spar next door.

This has been my go to outlet for years and will now be the end
