Bad Service

Went for all American breakfast.....the best breakfast ever...but we received such bad service. I was so disappointed. We ordered our meals and drinks the same time because we regular customers and knew exactly what we wanted ....we waited more that 15 minutes before receiving our drinks...which I had to ask <br> for because the waiter forgot about us? Then we finally recieve our meals its cold, we have whole wheat cold toast instead of brown...and I can see something is wrong with out meal , it looked less? Then i realized there was no chips? So I complain again she goes to get some chips so we start eating and find out they have given us under done eggs? We got cold food , runny eggs and whole wheat bread...it's so sad to have to pay so much for bad service I didn't even finish my food because by the time we finally got our food I was full from been so hungry and having to wait so long for them to get our order correct and all we got was a sorry? I could of went for a cheap R30 breakfast but chose to pay R 76 for what? It's so sad...something needs to be done...that's not the level of service I'm used of receiving from mugg and bean...
