Bad Service

I arrived at Mugg and bean (The Crescent Shopping Centre in Umhlanga) at 8 o'clock. I ordered a cappuccino & explained I'll order breakfast later. My cappuccino arrived lukewarm, but I finished it with no problem. I read my book and finished my coffee. At around 9, I ordered breakfast which was a standard breakfast of eggs, toast & bacon. I ordered a side plate of chips. My breakfast arrived 10/15 minutes later. I finished my breakfast but my plate of chips did not arrive. The waiter took my plate away and didn't say anything else. This was at 9:30. There were three table occupied around me, with two people at every table. They ordered drinks and food, ate, paid and left and new people replaced them. The place was quiet. I waited and waited for my chips but it never arrived and the waiter dodged my table the whole time. I thought there might be a problem with my side but at 10:30, I've had enough of waiting as people got food with chips added. As I was sitting there, I heard people complain about their food or drink. Eventually after dodging my table time and time again. I asked for the bill at 11. I waited and waited. Eventually she came to my table again. I asked for my bill again. At 11:15, I eventually got my bill. When checking the bill over, my side plate of chips was never added. It made me upset cause I sat for two hours without any food or drinks in front of me yet the waiter never checked up on me. I waited for nothing. Never again will I support this place.
