Bad service

At one point I use to enjoy going to this branch and in fact only eat there from all other restaurants at gateway but now I am completely lost for words. The standard of service and food has seriously dropped! I just sat in the restaurant with no service from the waiters/waitresses for over 5 minutes. When I finally approached a waitress for assistance all she could tell me that waiter from that quadrant is meant to serve me. Utterly disappointing.
