Bad Service

I visited the above store on the 26/09/15 to have lunch,first we had to wait about 35 minutes standing in the heat for a table,which i told them non smoking but still got a smoking area table, had to go in myself to the manager and ask for another table, waited another 10 minutes with visitors from another province,after getting another table,i had to wait for 20 minutes for someone to clean the table, absolutely no neatness and pride in cleaning the table, waited another 10 minutes to order, placed the order finally and waited 1 hr for our meals,the service was miserable and unfriendly staff,the food was not fresh, their buns/bread was old and hard,their dishes still had lips stains from the previous person, no apology whatsoever,don't care attitude.i understand that they were busy but to me it looked that they were understaffed and everything i needed i had to go an fetch inside the store,what an impression especially if you take along visitors, i never go had something to eat ever again at the store and i will inform people using social media of my very bad experience, i have been to other stores and their service is very much better, i spent so much of my time at the store.
