Bad Service

Instead of going to our usual spot woolworths cafe in constantia village, my husband and I decided to take his grandmother to the mugg and bean in constantia village, on the 10th July 2018. Upon our arrival to mugg n bean, firstly, we were not greeted, we sat ourselves down and men's were just handed to us. Second to that, we placed our orders and while waiting my husband observed as one of the employess behind the counter, grabbed the ****ins we ordered and through them on to plate.There was no gloves or tongs used. Of which we found quite disturbing. The general attitude of each individual in that mugg n bean constantia village, cape town, sucks the only one that sort of cared was the manager. Will definitely be staying at woolies from now.
