Bad service

Went to Mugg and bean Dihlabeng Mall Bethlehem, They was no one at the door. I had to find myself a seat. I then ordered a drink and was assisted by Zenzile, I ordered a cake which took over 15min before i even told her i dont want it anymore. the manager did not even bother to come. When i was paying and i called the managr about the bad service that she could not even attend to, she offered me the cake so that i dont report the bad service. The service was terribly POOR.
